Githembe Cooperative, Thiririka Mill, Gatundu, Kenya. Githembe is a cooperative (known as a coffee "Society" in Kenya) of smallholder coffee producers who bring their coffees to the Thiririka Mill for processing. And what a memorable coffee they produce! Juicy citrus (blood orange; Ruby Red grapefruit); jammy blackberry and black currant; and dark honey.
