Each color/processing level leaves progressively more fruit intact on the bean as it dries--from the clean, lilting notes of the White Honey process through to the plush, winey tones of the Natural process--presenting beautifully stunning and distinct tastes at each level. Five bags of around 40 grams each give you just enough of a quick insight into how processing can massively influence the cup. One of our all-time favorite coffees, expressed in a unique way.
