  • One (1) table or counter. Min. 30"W x 50"L x 34"H (maximum 38"H)
  • Three (3) electric outlets @ 110v/15 amp (20 amp preferable)
  • One (1) three prong + three outlet extension cord up to 50 ft (if electric outlet access is not at the table)
  • One (1) 5 gallon jug of drinking/spring water daily (or hotel access to such)
  • One (1) black tablecloth to fit table dimensions above. Tablecloth much reach the ground.
  • One (1) 13 gallon trash receptacle
  • Access to onsite refrigeration for overnight perishables storage
  • Access to hotel trash dumpster
  • Access to hotel ice
  • Secure onsite storage for equipment and coffee
  • Digital files of event logos for marketing


Labor: $25/hour per barista
Equipment: espresso machine @ $54/day; espresso grinder + ancillary equipment  @ $45/day
Menu: $395/day for all drinks for all event guests
Event Insurance: $1,000,000 event liability and accident policy @ $349
Permitting: Metro San Antonio Health Department Temporary Permit @ $36/day
Logistics: refrigeration; water; transportation, setup and strike (or onsite secure storage); trash removal @ $35/day


Deposit: Half due immediately by check or wire transfer. Balance due November 1, 2018
