D’Nincho Mill, Tarrazu, Costa Rica. This is our first year buying coffee from Ladera Del Aguacate, processed at the great D’Nincho Mill in Tarrazu. Cristian Monge Vargas has produced a Red Honey Catuai that is plush and sweet, like dried black figs drenched in Port wine. Figgy, jammy, delicately fruited, beautiful. (4 oz tins)
